I am a professional senior consultant with over 25 years of experience in supporting the implementation, upgrade, replacement and maintenance activities of bespoke Digital developments, ERP systems and Corporate applications.I have extensive knowledge and experience in project delivery, primarily operating as a Senior Business Analyst supporting ICT, business continuity and improvement, and legislative compliance at Universities, Government institutions and private organisations. I have significant functional and technical expertise with a focus on the delivery of business benefits and timely outcomes.I enjoy working in roles where I can apply my strong business acumen and use this talent to help create seamless end-to-end digital experiences that meet business objectives. I am quick-to-learn new business processes and products and am well-practiced at operating in challenging environments - using my skills in stakeholder management, data analysis, problem-solving, troubleshooting and incident management to deal with emergent situations.I am proficient at developing technical and functional documentation to support complex IT projects and business continuity; and have significant experience in business process modelling (BPMN) and improvement, data mapping, integration and interfacing, system design and modelling in complex and diverse operations.I am committed to improving customer and end-user experiences and, am well-skilled at working collaboratively with stakeholders to understand and document user journeys, and establish business and technical vision for products. On the other side of listening and developing supporting materials for projects and initiatives, I also have significant experience in facilitating elaboration sessions, walkthroughs, and playbacks with internal teams (product owners, developers, testers), business owners and approving bodies, and working to continuously improve by delivering quality fit-for-purpose systems.
