Comfortable analysing business processes, documenting, planning and extracting requirements. Proven ability with successful results dealing with all instances at top executive levels while determining crucial objectives within the operative process. Familiar with a multiple scope of I.T. proposals offering telecommunication infrastructure. To the extent that most of the positions requires analysis of business rules and processes, design and implement solutions, I have broad experience on the complete managing of projects such as of a variety of telephony systems to allow competitors to participate on the long distance market for México and Central America. In that capacity I was responsible for extracting functional requirements from involved areas, customers, and contractors and translating those requirements into detailed requirements to reach top executive agreements. Later on, as Manager for one of the largest telecom firms in México I was full responsible on allocating resources and prioritising enhancements to meet strategic objectives. Focusing on business imperatives as a core value of mine, one that I bring to every project on which I work. I was responsible for the evaluation of all the physical, economical and operational components and systems for the full country implementation process. I led the requirements definition with sales support engineers, vendors Managers, Directors and VP’s to ensure on time, quality, and price the best option, always thinking on the profitability of the business.
