using my management experience in solving human resources concerns such as identifying, recruiting, interviewing, training, directing, coaching, and supervising staff by locating and hiring potential hourly associates, issuing oral and written reprimands, analyzing and forecasting staffing needs by posting schedules, managing payroll, maintaining personal records, and enforcing company policies. Moreover, I manage the budget of the restaurant that includes inventory, ordering, invoice entries and corrections, delivery concerns and refunds requests. Furthermore, I want to use the knowledge that I acquired during my instruction in the Bachelor of Applied science in Organizational Management to become an outstanding professional in every aspect of the business operations.
