About Jairon Digao

Hello! I am a recent graduate from Rutgers University, and I am extremely eager to embark on the journey to establish my career. Although my degree is in Information Technology, I have also minored in Computer Science which allowed me to gain the technical knowledge to become a Java Developer. I believe in being well-rounded, therefore I have also been working towards establishing a full tech stack. I also believe that in order to build effectively, you must be able to communicate effectively. Collaboration and communication are attributes that I pride myself on. Being able to utilize every individual's strengths and weaknesses is important when working to accomplish a common goal. Combining these skills with my knowledge in Project Management and Agile Methodologies, I am confident in my ability to bring value to any team.
