Having earned my Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Humber, I have 8+years of experience as a Learning Consultant. In those years, I have been part of multi-national firms like Mercer, Air Canada and WIPRO Technologies and had the opportunity to develop Training content for various audiences ranging from Financial industry to IT to Aviation and now Automation. Its been a great learning opportunity for me so far in terms of understanding my audience from various fields and then developing engaging and interactive content using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Audacity, Vyond etc to meet organization's goals and objectives. The exposure to internal and client-facing meetings in this role has helped me enhance my decision-making abilities. These positions have also provided me the opportunity to develop sound communication and interpersonal skills at all levels, increasing my organizational capabilities and ability to multi-task accurately under pressure. My work history can be characterized by an ability to handle pressure and creatively solve problems, analyze situations and develop viable solutions. I spend a lot of time understanding the business and the audience before suggesting ideas. I am self-motivated and detail oriented. I quickly learn extensive product and technical information and thus, able to instruct others.
