He is known for his influential leadership and expertise in training and development, with a special focus on Teachers Training Programs, Soft Skills Development, Faculty Development, Team Management, and Student Training & Development. Under his dynamic leadership, he established two premier institutions: Incisive and Speak N Style, both of which focus on training and personality development. In addition, he is the visionary founder of Lords International School, an educational institution designed to nurture young minds. With a career spanning 15 years, Captain Thomas has transformed the lives of over students, helping them break through their limits and pursue their passions.
