About Jake Anderson

I am a hardworking and confident person with experience in the service sector. It has been my positive attitude and contribution to my colleagues that had provided the opportunity to progress into higher positions in each position undertaken, resulting in additional responsibility and duties. My aim is to use the skills developed over this time to further my career. I am confident in my ability to reach targets and I am goal orientated which ensures that I push myself to complete tasks effectively and efficiently. My good work ethic allows me to work independently with great success, and I am also trustworthy and can be relied upon. I am also confident leader and know how to motivate a team to succeed and enjoy using my ability to get the best from my team. Following on from my time studying Music I took the opportunity to participate in the Network Rail Advanced Apprenticeship Scheme. This enabled me to gain a career in the railway. It proved to be a challenge that produced a fruitful passion and interest in the railway that drives me to complete tasks to highest standards. The course/s developed my engineering capabilities and it has also improved my problem solving, leadership, organisation, teamwork and timekeeping as well as other aspects.
