About Jake Barnes

I graduated from Chico State with my BA in Music, focusing specifically on Recording Arts. While studying Recording Arts, I also took many courses within Music Industry studies that included business/finance courses and industry experience courses. I helped with the production and execution of many public events in and around the Chico State campus. Within my Recording Arts studies, I experienced the processes of recording both within a variety of professional studios and during live events, and took part in setting up, recording, and breaking down the proper equipment to achieve the highest possible quality recording of each performance. I believe a healthy life is a happy life and I strive to keep myself happy and strong, both mentally and physically. I enjoy my life and can relax when I have the time and freedom, but I know how to work when the time comes. I have been described as intelligent, hardworking, and dedicated. I work hard to maintain these strong beliefs and hold myself to a high standard of work and life.
