About Jake Braun

I am a full-time student studying a Bachelor of Information Technology at Victoria University, Majoring in Web and Mobile Application Development, with a Minor in ICT Management. My degree has provided me with a broad variety of knowledge in many areas of Information & Communication Technology, ranging from networking to object-oriented programming, from cloud computing to data visualisation, to cyber security, and exploring modern business in the context of the technology sector. I have achieved significant customer service experience which has helped shape my professional mindset and attitude. I'm experienced in successfully managing and resolving conflict, and communicating in diverse teams, with an ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing conditions. I believe that part of being in a team environment is the responsibility to be honest with my peers, to be accountable and to learn from my experiences. I fundamentally enjoy achievement, and always like to challenge the status quo and working on finding positive outcomes.
