About Jake Chase

I’m a Real Estate Associate at Net Lease Properties, where I help retailers grow through smart site selection, market strategy, and deal execution. I work directly with tenants, landlords, and developers to drive expansion in the QSR and retail space — aligning real estate decisions with long-term brand value. Before joining the brokerage side, I worked on the tenant side, managing site selection and development strategy for one of the fastest-growing franchises in the U.S. That experience gave me a deep understanding of brand priorities, internal approval processes, and what retailers actually need from a deal — which now helps me work with tenants, not just for them. I hold a B.S. in Operations & Supply Chain from Kansas State University, with additional focus in Strategic Sales, Data Analytics, and Leadership.
