About Jake Chilek

An incredibly ambitious and driven individual with 18 years’ experience in the construction, manufacturing, and consumer services industries. I began my career at a young age learning tradesman skill and constructing workshop-style metal buildings under the supervision of a small-town fabricator. From there, I continued my pursuit of becoming an established presence in the industry certifying in 6G welding processes while developing complex field schematics for chilled and hot water piping installations. As I progressed through field leadership roles and continued my education at night, I was able to transition into upper management and pursue my passion creating process driven efficiencies. As I continued in my career I developed an extensive and growing understanding of manufacturing consumables, maintenance planning and minimizing downtime. Through experience I have become an effective leader to Safety, Quality, and Production teams in their respectable capacities. Coming from field operation and performing in management effectively bridges the gap between executive expectations and employee growth to exceed goals. I work closely with the executive team and Board of Directors to motivate both employee and ownership to understand and overcome manpower and equipment limitations. I am a proactive and influential leader experienced in developing Key Performance Indicators through method-based standard operating procedures to increase efficiencies with the idea of continuous improvement. In addition, over the past years I have leveraged my knowledge, skills, and experience to launch and grow successful businesses of my own within the consumer services industry space. Tricare Lawn Care and Czech Fence Co. have positioned me to better understand the ever evolving needs of consumer services and deliver exceptional service and quality to my customers each day.
