As a dedicated and versatile leader, I bring a diverse set of experiences that span military, spiritual, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Chaplain in the United States Army, I focus on enhancing team cohesion and resilience through effective communication, ethical guidance, and leadership development. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for soldiers from diverse backgrounds, working as a trusted adviser to ensure their well-being, and creating innovative programs that foster leadership, communication, and trust. My leadership journey also includes six years as the Executive Pastor at Switzerland Community Church, where I led a dynamic team, revitalized organizational processes, and drove significant growth. With expertise in strategic planning, team development, and change management, I helped guide the church through challenges while staying true to its core values. Additionally, my background in intelligence operations and risk assessment from my service in the United States Army further strengthens my ability to lead teams, manage sensitive information, and contribute to high-stakes missions. This experience, combined with my expertise in counseling, public speaking, and program development, makes me uniquely positioned to contribute to any organization that values strong leadership, ethical standards, and team development.
