As a Claim Service Specialist at Arbella Insurance Group, I process complex auto, bodily injury, underinsured/uninsured motorist, personal injury, and property damage claims, review coverage, and negotiate settlements. The bodily injury coverage limits I have handled range from the compulsory limits of up to aggregate limits. I have over three years of experience as an adjuster, and I have developed strong skills in negotiating, conflict resolution, and professional/consumer communication, among other relevant skills. I am a master of multi-tasking and time management. I am also an expert in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and Tableau to analyze and cross-reference data and generate reports (as needed). I completed my MBA in Organizational Leadership at Southern New Hampshire University, where I also earned my BBA in Business Administration and Management. I have earned several AICPA/CGMA certifications that enhance my knowledge and expertise in critical thinking, time management, and leading vs. managing. I was inducted into the Gamma Nu chapter of the Delta Mu Delta Honor Society for high scholastic achievement. I also belong to the National Society of Leadership and Success. I am currently pursuing a CPCU certification. I enjoy challenging work and strive to deliver superior performance results.
