About Jake Dixon

As an experienced Acquisitions Manager with an established background in real estate, I specialise in driving successful projects from inception to completion. My entrepreneurial journey, where I founded and led JP Estates Group, honed my ability to embrace challenges, innovate, and adapt to market shifts. Currently, I leverage my expertise in valuation, development, negotiation and acquisitions at Pivotal Homes Group, where I contribute to the growth and sustainability of social housing. I'm passionate about pioneering new opportunities and creating lasting impact. I am a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a Registered Valuer and honours member of Institute of Revenues Rating & Valuation (IRRV). I gained my experience as a Chartered Surveyor working at Montagu Evans, a development consultancy firm based in London. I have experience in a range of asset classes covering Development Consultancy, Valuation Consultancy and Rating Consultancy. My background generally involved working with institutional investors and developers across the country. Outside of work I try to spend as much time as possible in the water, I regularly sail both competitively and distance cruising. I am a keen kitesurfer and have recently turned my hand to Jetboarding.
