At heart, I’m a systems guy. I thrive where Technology and Entrepreneurship intersect. It’s an open secret that to stay in the game and be profitable, small business owners like myself need to apply technology to running our companies. The problem is most small business are focused on what they’re experts in… but they don’t know how to use technology to make their lives easier (or to generate more sales in less time). They have a bunch of systems that don’t fit together, which create more problems than they solve, especially as they grow. I help clients take their customer email, CRM database, shopping cart and accounting systems and roll them into one streamlined system that automates their customer experience & operations. Happier business owner and happier customers! We have developed a mobile text marketing platform that extends the sales process and systems to a cell phone.
