About Jake Forte

I am a hard working and extremely dedicated worker with over 10 years of experience in leadership, problem solving, customer service, data mining, budgeting, team motivation and quality assurance. My main objective is to secure a career as a leader and a role model for other employees. Some of the organizations I have worked for include the Indiana Worker's Compensation Board as an approval specialist/IT support and currently, an EDI Coordinator for Amerisure Insurance Company. My employers have said that I am very meticulous, a perfectionist, innovative, an extremely quick learner and determined to succeed, independent, yet, can collaborate with ease. Career achievements include being promoted from a case coordinator to an approval specialist/IT support for the Indiana Worker's Compensation Board, handling 13 states with the Electronic Data Interchange for worker's compensation claims for Amerisure, data mining reports for upper management and working with the Subrogation team at Amerisure. I have helped a multitude of coworkers and company accounts solve problems in a variety of different areas including financial services, data integrity, quality assurance and reports consisting of a variety of data pools.
