As Director of Membership at Middle States Association, he is leading efforts to redefine the organization’s growth strategy and optimize its sales pipeline, expanding MSA’s global reach. In parallel, as the Founder of Galloway Coaching & Consulting, he partners with high-potential leaders, delivering executive coaching and leadership development that accelerates career advancement and strengthens organizational impact. Previously, at African Leadership Academy, Jake led a campus-wide advisory program, revamped student onboarding, and implemented a student support strategy that reduced academic probation cases by 63% in its first year. His contributions earned him the Transformative Performer of the Year award in 2017. Jake began his career at the Abaarso School of Science and Technology. Hired in the school's second year, he helped solidify the organization's academic, cultural, and operational foundations. His efforts ensured the first graduating class successfully transitioned to top universities worldwide, setting a precedent for future cohorts.
