Moving forward with an open mind, ready for any challenge- 9 years offshore oil and gas industry experience specialising in operations and instrumentation- Carried out NUI OIM role, managing small teams of maintenance and operations personnel- Worked offshore in senior operations and instrumentation technical roles- Efficient on SAP, planning, creating and completing maintenance work orders, including managing materials and man power- In operations support role I revised, updated and created P & ID's, technical documents, operating procedures, maintenance plans, routines and more- Streamlined Clipper TAR process whilst working and supporting the turnaround team in operations support role- Drove change to TAR as Sole Pit turnaround coordinator, creating processes allowing for reduced time and costs, with successful outcomes- Implemented and drove processes as they were introduced, taking ownership and delivering a reduction in scheduled deferment for the Sole Pit and CPUG gas fields, adding over 120 TJ's of gas to production availability- Involved in numerous projects, as operations support engineer seeing the decommissioning, de-complexing and regeneration of platform systems, including renewable power integration- Started my first business in 2017, BBDM, offering e-commerce marketing solutions and SEO- Specialising in Amazon PPC and e-commerce across EU markets, based on experience with growing UK brand across EU markets to over six figures revenue- Managed to successfully develop company and build upon success- Using my technical knowledge and own innovative ideas to start a new company based on revolutionising the EV charging sector- Completed a BSc (Hons) Engineering / Technology in my own time with the OU- Completed an engineering design diploma and business management certificate as well as completing Shell leadership modules.
