About Jake Guidarelli

My mission as a registered nurse is to be the best version of myself that I can be. I wish to work with empathy for my patients, their families, and my colleagues. My motivation for being a nurse comes from my upbringing from a family of teachers and educators. I want to share that sense of compassion with patients by advocating on their behalf and educating them to make informed decisions. Giving patients the ability to maintain as much of their independence as possible is an ongoing goal. Through experience, hard work, and education I wish to eventually become a nurse practitioner so I can provide a higher level of care but until then I need to hone and develop my nursing skills. I hope to focus the next several years of my life working inpatient to allow for a focus on med/surg; transplant; ICU; and oncology.
