About Jake Harrop

I’m a Marketing Platform Lead with 10+ years’ experience designing and owning scalable marketing infrastructure, with HubSpot at the centre. My work sits at the intersection of CRM architecture, data quality, automation, and commercial alignment — helping teams move from fragmented marketing activity to structured, insight-led growth.I’ve led end-to-end marketing platform ownership across fast-growth environments, including HubSpot configuration, lifecycle design, data governance, reporting, and integrations across sales, finance, and operations. My focus is on building systems that teams actually trust and use — clean data, clear attribution, and automation that removes friction rather than adds complexity. Before moving into platform and operations leadership, I ran and scaled digital marketing functions across B2B, B2C, and D2C, and previously owned my own marketing agency delivering CRM, web, and performance strategies for a wide range of businesses. That hands-on background means I design platforms with real-world execution in mind, not theory.I’m driven by clarity, structure, and impact — turning complex marketing ecosystems into reliable growth engines that support smarter decisions, better customer experiences, and sustainable revenue.
