In my role at CATALIS, I leverage my proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and Smartsheet to ensure seamless software implementations for Miami-Dade County and other regions. I collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Forms and Reports Teams, Development Teams, Conversion Teams, and Implementation Teams, all while maintaining comprehensive documentation. I also regularly maintain and update client software, ensuring clients benefit from the latest enhancements, and document these updates to keep clients informed and satisfied. I am passionate about delivering customized software solutions that meet client needs and expectations, and I enjoy conducting comprehensive in-person and virtual training sessions for staff.
