About Jake Henderson

I recently received my Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Economics at Weber State University. I previously worked for Henderson Auto LLC specializing in vehicle transportation, cleaning and sales. While working on vehicles, I also worked for Acumen Fiscal Agent as an aid for a family member and good friend with Down Syndrome. Following this experience, I worked at a small printer company called Access Printer Products. This employment opportunity gave me experience in sales, planning, technical skills, and the process of running a business. I spent countless hours working on printers in various companies throughout the state which provided me with a unique insight in how each business operated. I moved on to working as an Assistant Purchasing Manager for Community Controls where I generated inventory reports and utilized said reports to make decisions on when and how much inventory to buy. After these purchases were made, I tracked the orders to make sure they arrived and had been accounted for correctly. Currently, I work as a Procurement Specialist for Management & Training Corporation where I oversee Strategic Agreements. In high school I worked as a statistics assistant for the Viewmont High School football team. I've always been interested in statistical analysis and running a business. I enjoy utilizing financial and economic statistics to make an informed decision. I love taking an analytical approach to identifying a problem and discover a solution to it.
