Hi, I’m Jake, and I am currently the Security Supervisor for The Henry Ford and a Business Administration graduate passionate about organizational efficiency, digital transformation, and people development. I’ve completed my Associate’s in Business Administration and have earned numerous certifications in Project Management. I have hands-on experience leading digital projects that modernize operations, including creating a digital Field Training Officer manual by designing a Security Portal prototype to replace outdated paper binders with dynamic tools in Teams and SharePoint. My experience at The Henry Ford includes: • Serving as Afternoon Head Supervisor overseeing 20+ security officers across the 250 acres of the Museum, Greenfield Village, and offsite properties. • Coordinating daily operations, scheduling, and incident response while supporting high-profile special events like Motor Muster, Old Car Festival, and Salute to America. • Partnering with senior leadership to improve cross-department communication, streamline work orders, and enhance visitor and staff safety. • Leading process improvements such as digitized scheduling, asset tracking, and event management binders to improve efficiency and reduce errors. What drives me is helping organizations bridge the gap between, operations, and administration — ensuring teams are empowered, and systems are effective. My mix of supervisory leadership, technical projects, and business administration training positions me to grow into broader business operations, management, or administrative leadership roles.
