About Jake Johnstone

Hey! I'm Jake and I work on campaigns, digital communications and content at Topham Guerin. I was previously a Director at Actum, working on corporate and political campaigns, and the Digital Communications Adviser to the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport. Before that, I managed the Prime Minister's digital communications at 10 Downing Street. I'm an accomplished digital and creative communications specialist with a proven track record in developing effective strategies, content, media planning and communications for government, corporate, and political campaigns. I'm also experienced in conceptualising original ideas, delivering high-quality visual content, high-level strategic advice, event coordination, stakeholder engagement and comprehensive digital campaigns. In government, I also secured digital collaborations with institutions such as The Royal Family, the National Portrait Gallery, and Westminster Abbey; and organisations including Bumble, the Courtauld Gallery, and the Imperial War Museum. Outside of government, I have worked on a number of political campaigns across England and Scotland and, in marketing, I have worked with Halifax, Danone, Pizza Express, and JP Morgan, and on national and international theatre productions.
