As a Contracts Manager with over six years of experience in the construction and events industry, I have developed a wide range of skills and qualifications that enable me to deliver high-quality projects for historic buildings. I am passionate about preserving and restoring the heritage and character of old structures, and I work with a team of experts and craftsmen who share this vision.At Between Time Limited, I am responsible for staff scheduling, material ordering, risk assessments, estimates and invoicing, budget management, subcontractor management, and client liaison. I also oversee the vehicle fleet management, plant and tooling supply and maintenance, health and safety enforcement, and lime mortar production. I hold several certifications, such as SMSTS, BIS scaffold inspector, SPAB repair of historic buildings course, and emergency first aid at work. I have also completed courses on building acoustics and noise control, and key contractual mechanisms and procedures under the JCT suite of standard form contracts. I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques, and to apply them to my projects.
