With over 20 years of experience in sales and operational management, customer service, and marketing in retail, financial services, and nonprofit organizations, I am a versatile and dynamic professional who is passionate about building relationships and telling stories. As a Training and Development Partner at Elevations Credit Union, I implement and deliver learning and development programs that maximize the performance and productivity of retail banking and frontline team members, as well as provide professional development opportunities for individual contributors, people managers, and leaders. My core competencies include curriculum design, classroom and online facilitation, budget management, event planning, and people management. I am also a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC), which enables me to provide financial solutions and guidance to our members and employees. I have completed certifications in unconscious bias and confronting bias, which reflect my commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive culture at Elevations Credit Union. My mission is to empower others to achieve their goals and potential through engaging and effective learning and development initiatives.
