I am a content policy design professional with 9+ years of software technology/SAAS/startup ops experience across health tech, social media tech and ad tech serving members, users, b2b clients and brands. I have created policy within a social media brand partner context for 2+ years, focusing on platform help centers, internal knowledge bases, semantic synthesis for machine learning. I have 1+ years of direct experience as a product lifecycle collaborator focusing on AI prompt design, feature development and UX research. I am experienced with several tech stacks, which include tools like Zendesk, Fullstory, Stripe, Snowflake, Looker, Tableau, Notion, Confluence, Amplitude, Jira, Salesforce, SQL, Github and Domo. I am trained in Lean Six Sigma Waste Management Methodology, including leading teams through A3 root cause analysis and continuous iteration process.
