About Jake Nystrom

TL;DWTR - I am an insurance adviser that writes property insurance in North Daktoa & Minnesota while specialzing in negotiation strategies for Tech/SaaS insurance renewals. I know, what a mix right? How I got there For 10 years, I worked in the corporate world. First job as front-end developer for a SaaS solution that provided prehospital care documentation to private and government entities. Two years in, relocated to work with Los Angeles Fire as a business analyst/project manager. After two more years, I moved into a remote position where I worked my way up to overseeing the professional services division and launched a revenue driving service for the business. Ultimately, insurance called my name and I've spent the last 6 years writing property insurance for homeowners and real estate investors across North Dakota and Minnesota. I have a special nack for SaaS given my background, so I also work with the SaaS industry on how to implement strategies for negotiating renewals.
