Senior Product Manager with 13 years experience in financial services, with the last 5 years in Product Management. I have built and launched end-to-end digital home lending products and lead the portfolios end-to-end and have driven growth through all stages of the product lifecycle. My skillset is diverse having started my career in customer service banking, contact centre operations management and traditional and digital lending product management. I am passionate about building better customer experiences through customer research and UX.
