About Jake Roth

When I was a kid, I loved two things - computers and amusement parks. While my specific interests surrounding both have changed and evolved over the years, the general passions have never faltered. Now, I'm a helpdesk employee by day and ride operator by night - a guest service professional through and through! In the tech field, I'm equipped with several IT certifications ranging from the Microsoft Office Suite to CompTIA A+. I've spent several years with a focus on asset management, but I'm always happy to switch things up. I have experience with Active Directory, iSeries programs such as AS/400, and with general hardware deployment. I've also worked with programs in both the medical and financial fields over the years! When it comes to the entertainment industry, I've been lucky to work at Hersheypark for nearly four combined years. Going to the park as a kid was a fantastic memory for me, and I'm thrilled to help our guests make the same memories now. Working in attractions has always been a blast, and I'll gladly keep at it for years to come. Find me with a smile on my face in the monorail cabin! Outside of work, you can likely find me at a movie (I love a classic drive-in!), a concert or - you guessed it - at one of the many amusement parks across the globe!
