About Jake Saxbe

With 20+ years in broadcast production and cloud technology, I've produced thousands of events across music and sports, delivering high-quality content from challenging environments. My passion lies in developing innovative solutions for live and on-demand video content. Beyond production, I've built cloud-based platforms that enabled professional sports leagues, major venue owners and festival promoters to archive and share thousands of hours of multi-cam live video. Leveraging my legal background, I've successfully negotiated broadcast and theatrical distribution deals for artists like Pearl Jam and secured exclusive content partnerships with brands like YETI. My technical expertise, combined with a JD and MA in Communications and hands-on experience dating back to the dawn of livestreaming in gives me a unique perspective on the evolution of broadcast technology. Always looking to connect with fellow broadcast professionals, cloud architects, and anyone passionate about the future of live events.
