In my current role as an Acquisitions Analyst & Asset Manager at DiversyFund, I have the opportunity to apply my finance skills to real estate, enabling me to analyze market trends and facilitate effective property investments. My contributions have played a part in property underwriting, due diligence, maximizing asset value and enhancing investor communication, driven by meticulous financial modeling, data analysis, and a keen eye for creative opportunities. Previously at Clark Construction Group, I had the chance to navigate the complexities of finance and compliance, supporting construction of Snapdragon Stadium and Torrey View Life Sciences Campus. My academic journey at the University of San Diego has given me a solid foundation in finance, which was further enriched by the rewarding experiences from my marketing minor.
