About Jake Sentlinger

With over 15 years of experience in production management, I am a seasoned and accomplished leader in the manufacturing industry. I currently serve as an Extrusion Manager at Amcor, a global leader in packaging solutions. In this role, I leverage my expertise in operations management, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, GMP standards, budgeting, team leadership, mentoring, and decision-making to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers. I also apply my skills and knowledge from my Doctorate in Strategic Leadership and my Master's in Project Management to drive strategic initiatives and foster a culture of excellence and innovation. Previously, I was an Operations Manager at Red Collar Pet Foods, where I led the site manufacturing team of over 200 associates across 4 working shifts. I championed GMP standards and developed and monitored annual operational budgets. I implemented lean tools that allowed continuous improvement of efficiency and overall output. I am passionate about leading, educating, and mentoring staff, and I have a proven record of working with business development, multiple site management, and production. I have a strong knowledge of compliance and safety regulations, and I am a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Welding Inspector, and Welding Supervisor. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
