About Jake Silverman

Hi, my name is Jake Silverman, and I'm currently a full-time student at the University of California, Irvine pursuing a B.S in Data Science. I'm passionate about the many problems an understanding of data can provide solutions to in many fields and disciplines. I enjoy working on personal projects that combine the application of data with my hobbies and interests. I'm looking to find an internship in data analytics, data engineering, or data science at a company with a data-driven culture to gain valuable experience and hone both my technical and soft skills. Outside of academics, I'm an avid music listener and enjoy collecting vinyl from my favorite artists. Additionally, I closely follow the esports scenes of my favorite games and stay up to date with my favorite players and teams. Lastly, I also enjoy fashion and thrifting, lifting weights at the gym, as well as trying new food spots with friends.
