I have been working in the IT field since 2015, beginning my career in a help desk role focused on hardware and software deployment, along with troubleshooting IT hardware issues. In 2017, I transitioned to a role as a Mobile Device Specialist, where I managed an environment of over 1,100 mobile devices. In this position, I handled all aspects of mobile device deployment, troubleshooting, project management, security, process development, and policy implementation. I also collaborated closely with multiple service providers across different countries, with a primary focus on Verizon in the United States.In 2022, I moved into a role focused on IT inventory and purchasing. My responsibilities include forecasting, research and development (R&D), and contract negotiation for a variety of IT projects. Additionally, I manage all aspects of IT hardware inventory, ensuring the efficient tracking and procurement of necessary equipment.
