I lead a life of honesty, integrity and passion. I grow from my personal relationships and learn from my business experiences. My role at Subaru Australia involves an active contribution to the training and development of Subaru dealerships, service centres, wholesale network and Inchcape subsidiaries. Key focus areas include project management, dynamic reporting, event planning/execution, commutations and managing Subaru’s online learning platform. I work with my Team members in a collaborative environment to produce a high quality of work and deliver results that attribute to a great return on investment for shareholders. Past roles: Snap helped me to build the fundamental elements of my business culture, ethics and a macroeconomic view of business. I have been fortunate enough to engage with Business Directors, Senior Managers, key suppliers and Board Members to coordinate a range of business building activities. This includes a global conferences, strategy launches, state-based meetings and training events. I have proven successful at managing budgets, and coordinating the necessary elements to create a successful trade show, plenary and gala events across Australia. My strong commitment to detail, organisation and enthusiastic creativity lead me to become a valuable events asset to Snap Franchising.
