Most recently at Kikoff, I spearheaded a transformation of customer support, evolving from a reactive, email-centric approach to a robust, real-time multi-channel operation. By implementing the company’s first BPO partnership and expanding support channels, I scaled weekly ticket volume from to and improved customer satisfaction from 35% to 73%. These initiatives generated $1.6M in annualized lifetime value. Previously at Chime, as an early employee, I helped scale BPO operations worldwide as the company grew from to 34.9 million accounts, launching and managing multiple BPO sites.
