About Jake Walpole

I work with contractors and developers across the UK, helping simplify the sourcing and delivery of building materials for live projects and tenders of all sizes. In my role as Business Development Manager at Building Materials Nationwide, I support estimators, quantity surveyors, and site teams with fast, accurate pricing, alternative product options where needed, and reliable nationwide deliveries. The aim is to take the hassle out of materials supply and allow project teams to focus on delivery rather than chasing suppliers. We support a wide range of building projects every day, including commercial fit-out, education, residential, fire protection, refurbishment, and general construction. This is delivered through one dedicated account manager, specialist stock sourcing, and clear communication from pricing through to delivery. If you’re involved in estimating, procurement, or project delivery and want a reliable materials partner to support your projects, feel free to connect.
