I believe credit unions play a vital role in delivering member-focused mortgage solutions, and my mission is to push credit union mortgage lending forward through strategic leadership, operational excellence, and advocacy.With over a decade of experience, I focus on building strong partnerships, empowering teams, and creating programs that enhance the member experience. I hold both the Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) and Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designations, reflecting my dedication to professional excellence. I am also a proud graduate of the MBA Future Leaders Program (2019) and MMLA Future Leaders Program (2022).Currently, I serve as 2026 President of the MMLA West Chapter and Secretary/Treasurer of the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association, where I champion initiatives that strengthen mortgage lending, influence policy, and elevate professional development across the state.Passionate about collaboration, innovation, and advocacy, I strive to make credit union mortgage lending a leading force in the industry.
