Communicating complex technical information through written word is difficult. People are quick to say, “I’m not a computer person,” and stop paying attention as soon as jargon starts flying. I dove into computers and technology at an early age. From helping with the high school computer lab in the early 1990’s through now, I strive to make computers less intimidating and reduce people’s fear of technology. My variety of experience gives me a solid knowledge base and the ability to learn quickly, pull out the important parts and find ways to communicate what people need to know.
