About Jake Zherebnenko

My previous experience is in many hands on situations and jobs, I was in the US army for 8 years, gathered skills to help be a professional in many areas of life, transitioned to supply chain management and distribution, I learned about using people skills being a better communicator six sigma and lean processes, schedule management, team building, people building, writing and implementing policies, also learning what not to do with the general ledger, budgeting, planning out budgets for each department to ensure we stayed within our numbers but also grew sales and made our supply chain efficient. After some time there I pursued construction and then automotive, I learned that being hands on helps one be a better manager, trade skills are not something that we should pass over or look down upon, however, my passion is I helping people succeed and grow in their skills, managing and getting them to where they can be, I also love fleet management and all that it entails, the drive to keep trucks going is what keeps this country moving, without our short and long haul shuttle drivers we could not go where we are going today
