I have a proven track record of delivering on hiring goals, executing on complex and executive searches, and utilizing various sourcing tools and strategies.Currently, I am a Talent Acquisition Sourcer at Sentara Health, where I leverage my domain expertise in tech, sales, and healthcare to source and recruit top talent for the organization. I have a passion for diversity and inclusion, and I have co-led and participated in several DEI initiatives and employee resource groups.
