About Jakob Schroeder

Driven by a passion for helping others and making a tangible impact, I thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where problem-solving and collaboration are key. With a strong background in customer service and a proven ability to adapt quickly, I bring a results-oriented mindset to every project I take on. My professional journey has been defined by a commitment to excellence, an eye for detail, and the ability to lead and support teams toward common goals. I am especially motivated by opportunities where I can contribute to meaningful work—whether it's helping individuals build homes, supporting communities, or managing projects that drive lasting value. With strengths in organization, communication, and cross-functional coordination, I am pursuing a long-term career in project management and the housing/construction industry. I believe in continuous learning, building relationships, and taking initiative to get the job done right. If you're looking to connect with someone passionate about people, progress, and purpose-driven work, let's connect.
