I’ve had the opportunity to work with companies facing all kinds of change — from scaling up and entering new markets to turning things around or starting fresh. My background is in business-oriented leadership roles like COO, CFO, and MD, where I’ve been part of executive teams driving growth, restructuring, and international expansion. Over the years, I’ve worked across industries and roles — from scaling tech startups and leading turnarounds to building international subsidiaries. As MD of GoExcellent, I led our growth journey from €4M to €40M in turnover together with a highly committed team — an experience that shaped how I view leadership, culture, and commercial execution. Based in Finland, I’m currently focused on helping companies grow and adapt — both locally and internationally. I’m especially drawn to small and mid-sized businesses undergoing transformation or expansion, where there’s complexity to manage and real value to unlock. Across sectors — from B2B services to cleantech — the common thread has always been navigating change and building for scalable success. I’ve made mistakes and learned from them — and I’ve seen how trust, transparency, and shared ownership can turn tension into momentum. I don’t lead from ego or title, but through clarity, commitment, and structured action.
