About Jakob Theorell
I am a medical doctor with a PhD in human congenital immunodeficiencies and clinical interests in the psychiatric-neurological interface. Currently starting up a team in autoimmune neurology at the fantastic Center for Infectious Medicine, Karolinska Institutet. Since 2008, I have been switching between medical work and research and I hope to continue doing so also in the future, as it is highly satisfactory and fun to be able to move knowledge from bedside to bench and back again.
