About Jakov Jockovic

At one point in my career decided to return to origins and basics of my profession - working with people. In previous years, my job was dominantly related to data analysis and data interpretation. HR tasks were side job in which I really enjoyed - so decision of change was not hard to make. Now as a HR specialist, my main tasks are recruitment and selection of candidates in automotive. I already fully experienced the thrill and excitement of automotive work environment and I really like it. Other skills: Communication, Public Speaking, Interpersonal Skills, Organization Skills, and English. Former public opinion research professional with a Master's degree focused in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Filozofski Fakultet u Novom Sadu, currently building own reputation in big corporation system.
