Scope of my personal experience includes company management – middle to executive level, project coordination, preparation/verification of tender documents, claims analysis and consulting, finance, Contract Engineer’s representative, dispute resolution. I was a Senior Claims Consultant/Manager on major infrastructure projects up to 1 billion PLN worth (highways, railways, industrial plants, water and wastewater management, public facilities). I also train both clients and employees on contract management and FIDIC conditions of contract, especially in the context of Polish legal environment. I was a speaker on many conferences and seminars, domestic and international.
