About Jakub Hendrych

As the Head of Software Development at SprayVision, I lead the technology strategy behind solutions that digitalize and optimize industrial coating processes - namely our products SprayCapture and SprayBrush. In addition to my primary leadership role, I also serve as the company’s CISO, oversee our Microsoft Azure infrastructure, drive DevOps practices, and support our teams as a Scrum Master when needed. My background spans.NET development, cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS), database systems, DevOps automation, HPC, Big Data processing, and digital image processing. I enjoy the balance between strategic leadership and hands-on problem-solving, especially when tackling complex technical challenges. I’m a co-author of several patents, publications, and research projects, and I’m continuously motivated by learning - because in IT, learning never stops. I genuinely enjoy exploring modern technologies, building impactful solutions, and supporting teams in delivering high-quality software. Working closely with the coating industry has taught me something unexpected: the coating process can be forgiving, but when it “kicks back,” it kicks hard.
