In my most recent role, I was tasked with operationalizing my company's corporate biofuel strategy under immense regulatory pressure. I successfully built the Biofuels Development Office from the ground up—designing the structure, defining processes, and recruiting a team of high-caliber experts. Concurrently, I led the turnaround of a flagship HVO investment, redefining its execution path and commercialization strategy to ensure its long-term profitability. I spearheaded the development of our group-wide Fuel Mix Model, a critical analytical tool that defines and optimizes the development pathways for all key RED decarbonization vectors (biofuels, hydrogen, bio-LNG, e-mobility).
