As an IT Specialist at DSV, a global transport and logistics company, I support and maintain various Microsoft and other services, such as AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Lifecycle Management. I also administer and manage VMware and Azure environments, using vRealize Automation and Operations tools. I participate in global infrastructure internal maintenance projects and initiate improvements in the server operations area. I automate operational tasks using PowerShell and collaborate with other IT teams to ensure stable and reliable operations. I have 5 years of experience in IT administration and engineering, working with different technologies and products, such as HPE, SuperMicro, Dell, Broadcom, MS Windows, MS Exchange, Office 365, Storage, CloudApp Security, Defender for Endpoints, MS Intune, Signiant Media Shuttle, Qumulo Storage, and more. I have also implemented and migrated various IT systems and infrastructure, such as Windows Defender for Identity and Endpoints, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Backups for global media localization and telecommunication companies. I am committed, willing to develop, and quick to learn new skills and knowledge. I strive to work in a close-knit team in a relaxed atmosphere while facing new challenges.
